At Pompei we offer two options for beverage service, Cash Bar and Open Bar.

The Cash Bar option requires each guest to pay for their own drinks. Cash Bar prices are available upon request plus a bartender fee of $68.95 per 3 hours. Also, kindly add 18% Gratuity and appropriate State and Local Taxes.

For our Open Bar Option, you will be charged, the total amount of drinks recorded plus a bartender fee of $68.95 per 3 hours. Also, kindly add 18% Gratuity and appropriate State and Local Taxes.
